# The Special Health Authorities (Establishment and Constitution Orders) Amendment Order 1998, Article 3: Amendment of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1995


After article 7 of the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1995 there shall be added the following article—
“Admission to meetings
8 The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Authority.”.
