# The Special Health Authorities (Establishment and Constitution Orders) Amendment Order 1998, Article 4: Amendment of the Health Education Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1987


After article 5 of the Health Education Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1987 there shall be added the following article—
“Admission to meetings
6 The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Authority.”.
