Article 5 Amendment of the Mental Health Act Commission (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1983

After article 4 of the Mental Health Act Commission (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1983^f1 there shall be added the following article—

“Admission to meetings

The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 shall apply to the Commission.”.
