Article 1 Citation, commencement, and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Special Health Authorities (Establishment and Constitution Orders) Amendment Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st April 2012.

In this Order—

  • “NPSA Order” means the National Patient Safety Agency (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2001f1;

  • “NICE Order” means the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1999f2.
