# The Special Hospitals Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Amendment Order 1990, Article 2: Amendment of Order


(1) The Special Hospitals Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1989 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) After article 4 there shall be added the following article—
“Remuneration of members
5 The Authority is specified for the purposes of paragraph 9(7)(b) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 1977.”.
