  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Special Hospitals Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1989 by specifying the Authority for the purposes of paragraph 9(7)(b) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 1977. The amendment enables the Secretary of State to pay remuneration to members of the Authority.",
