  "text": "(1) There shall be a commission, known as the Special Immigration Appeals Commission, for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction conferred by this Act and Schedule 4A to the British Nationality Act 1981.\n(2) Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect in relation to the Commission.\n(3) The Commission shall be a superior court of record.\n(4) A decision of the Commission shall be questioned in legal proceedings only in accordance with—\n(a) section 7 and sections 7B to 7D, or\n(b) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .",
