# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2000, Article 10: Amendment of the 1998 Rules


In rule 10(1) of the 1998 Rules (Secretary of State’s reply), the words “, no later than 42 days after receiving a copy of the notice of appeal” shall be omitted.
