# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2000, Article 13: Amendment of the 1998 Rules


In rule 22(1) of the 1998 Rules (Notification to appellant before determination), for the words “makes a determination” there shall be substituted the words “determines the appeal”.
