Article 14 Amendment of the 1998 Rules
For paragraphs (3) and (4) of rule 26 of the 1998 Rules (Application for bail: procedure), there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(3)Rules 8, 9 and 9A shall not apply to bail applications.”.
