# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2000, Article 3: Amendment of the 1998 Rules


In rule 2 of the 1998 Rules (Interpretation), after the entry relating to the 1997 Act, there shall be inserted the following entry—
““the 1999 Act” means the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;”.
