  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) Rules 1998. The majority of the amendments are necessary as a result of, or are related to, the introduction of the “one-stop” procedure for appeals under Part IV of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. These Rules also contain other minor amendments to the 1998 Rules.",
