# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2007, Article 27: Amendments to the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) Rules 2003


In rule 44, after paragraph (5) insert—
“(5A) The special advocate shall be entitled to adduce evidence and to cross-examine witnesses.”.
