# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2007, Article 7: Amendments to the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) Rules 2003


In rule 8—
(a) in paragraph (1), after “the 1997 Act” insert “or section 97A(3) of the 2002 Act”;
(b) in each of paragraphs (1)(a) and (4)(a), omit “or the 2001 Act”.
