# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) Rules 1998, Article 24: Application of Part III


This Part applies to applications for leave to appeal, on a question of law, to the Court of Appeal, the Court of Session or the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland, as the case may be, from a final determination of an appeal by the Commission.
