Coming into force 31st July 1998
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 8 of the Special Immigration Appeals Commission Act 1997, makes the following Rules of which a draft has, in accordance with sections 5(9) and 8(4), been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:—
