  "text": "This Part applies to—\n(a) applications to the Commission for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal, the Court of Session or the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland from a final determination by the Commission—\n(i) of an appeal, on a question of law, ...\n(ii) of an application for review under section 2C, 2D , 2E or 2F of the 1997 Act, ... , or\n(iii) of an application by the Secretary of State under Schedule 4A to the 1981 Act, and\n(b) applications to the Commission for a certificate under section 7B of the 1997 Act.",
