# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) Rules 2003, Article 6: Scope of this Part

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Part applies to—
(a) appeals to the Commission under section 2 or 2B of the 1997 Act and section 97A(3) of the 2002 Act; ...
(aa) appeals to the Commission under regulation 7 of the 2020 Regulations; and
(b) applications to the Commission for review under section 2C , 2D , 2E or 2F of the 1997 Act.
