# The Special Waste Amendment (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004, Introduction: Introductory text


This Scottish Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct an error in S.S.I. 2004/112 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that instrument.

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
