Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)
The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary for State by sections 34(5) and 62(1) to (3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and now vested in it, hereby makes the following Regulations:
