Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and application

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Special Waste (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2001.

(2)

These Regulations shall come into force—

(a)

in the case of all provisions other than regulations 10 and 11, on 1 November 2001;

(b)

in the case of regulation 10, on 1 December 2001; and

(c)

in the case of regulation 11, on 1 May 2002.

These Regulations apply to Wales.
