  "text": "(1) In regulation 2(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1988 , for the definition of “special waste\" there shall be substituted—\n““special waste\" means waste which is special waste for the purposes of the Special Waste Regulations 1996;”.\n(2) In regulation 4(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1988 , for the definition of “special waste\" there shall be substituted—\n““special waste\" means waste which is special waste for the purposes of the Special Waste Regulations 1996;”.",
