  "text": "For the purposes of these regulations, the “requisite bodies” are—\n(a) the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency,\n(b) the Secretary of State,\n(c) the Environment Agency,\n(d) the National Assembly for Wales,\n(e) the Natural Resources Body for Wales,\n(f) the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, Northern Ireland,\n(g) the Health and Safety Executive, and\n(h) any organisation appearing to the Scottish Ministers to be representative of persons likely to be affected by the relevant determination or revocation of a determination, as the case may be.",
