# The Specified Animal Pathogens (Amendment) (England) Order 2006, Article 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Specified Animal Pathogens (Amendment) (England) Order 2006 and comes into force on 4th July 2006.
(2) This Order applies in England only.
