# The Specified Animal Pathogens (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Specified Animal Pathogens Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. 2008 No. 336) to add a further pathogen (Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome virus genotype 2) to Part 1 of Schedule 1.
This Order has been notified in draft to the European Commission in accordance with Directive 98/34/EC, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC.
