# The Specified Animal Pathogens Amendment (Scotland) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Specified Animal Pathogens Amendment (Scotland) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 14th February 2007.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
