  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Specified Animal Pathogens (Scotland) Order 2009 to add a further pathogen (Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome virus genotype 2) to the list in Part 1 of Schedule 1.\nThis Order has been notified in draft to the European Commission in accordance with Directive 98/34/EC (O.J. No. L 204, 21.07.1998, p.37), as amended by Directive 98/48/EC (O.J. No. L 217, 05.08.1998, p.18).\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business, charities or the voluntary sector.",
