  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends Article 18 of the Specified Bovine Material (No. 3) Order 1996 to make provision for the Minister to give consent for equipment which has been used for processing specified bovine material to be used for other purposes, provided that the Minister is satisfied that the equipment has been cleaned in accordance with any conditions specified in that consent.",
