  "long_title": "This Order amends the definition of “scheme animal” in Article 2 of the Specified Bovine Material (No. 3) Order 1996 with the effect that the various requirements of that Order regarding the separation of specified bovine material and other animal parts, which are already disapplied in relation to the carcases of animals slaughtered pursuant to the purchase scheme introduced under Commission Regulation (EC) No. 716/96, are now similarly disapplied in relation to the carcases of animals slaughtered under section 32 of the Animal Health Act 1981 as animals exposed to the infection of bovine spongiform encephalopathy.",
