# The Specified Bovine Material Order 1996, Article 25: Storage


(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, no person shall store specified bovine material in the same room as food.
(2) The requirement in paragraph (1) above shall not apply where an officer of the enforcement authority has approved the storage of specified bovine material in the same room as food on being satisfied that the arrangements for storage will ensure the adequate separation of the specified bovine material from the food.
