# The Specified Bovine Material Order 1997, Article 16: Prohibition on bringing in specified bovine material from Northern Ireland


(1) No person shall bring any specified bovine material into Great Britain from Northern Ireland unless it has been stained in the same way as it would have been had it been obtained in Great Britain.
(2) Any person bringing specified bovine material into Great Britain from Northern Ireland shall immediately transport it to one of the destinations specified in article 17(1) below.
