# The Specified Bovine Material Order 1997, Article 28: Enforcement


(1) This Order shall be enforced—
(a) in relation to premises licensed under the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995 by the appropriate Minister; and
(b) in any other case by the local authority.
