Article 4 Specified bovine material for human consumption

(1)

No person shall sell any specified bovine material, or any food containing specified bovine material, for human consumption.

(2)

No person shall use any specified bovine material in the preparation of food for sale for human consumption.

(3)

No person shall sell any specified bovine material for use in the preparation of food for human consumption.

(4)

For the purposes of this article “specified bovine material” includes anything derived from it.
