# Specified Bovine Material Order (Northern Ireland) 1996, Article 12: Export

Extent: N.I.

(1) A person shall not export specified bovine material or protein or tallow derived from it from Northern Ireland to Great Britain, the Isle of Man, any of the Channel Islands or to another member State except in accordance with the conditions of a licence granted by the Department.
(2) Any person wishing to obtain a licence under paragraph (1) shall apply to the Department in such form and manner and within such time as the Department may require.
