# Specified Bovine Material Order (Northern Ireland) 1996, Article 18: Transitional provisions and revocations

Extent: N.I.

(1) Subject to paragraph (2) the Specified Bovine Offal Order (Northern Ireland) 1995 is hereby revoked.
(2) Any approval granted under the Specified Bovine Offal Order (Northern Ireland) 1995 shall continue to operate as if granted under the equivalent provisions of this Order.
(3) The Diseases of Animals (Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995 is hereby revoked.
