Article 22 Samples

Where an inspector has reasonable grounds for supposing that the provisions of this Order are not being complied with, he may take from any carcase or part of a carcase, tallow, protein, offal, food or feedingstuff such samples as he considers necessary to establish whether or not an offence has taken place.
