Article 26 Transitional provisions

(1)

Any requirement under this Order relating to an approval for a rendering plant shall not operate until six months after the coming into force of this Order.

(2)

Any requirement under this Order relating to an approval other than for a rendering plant shall not operate until three months after the coming into force of this Order.
