Paragraph 5
The equipment used to render specified bovine offal shall include—
(a)
measuring equipment to check temperature and, if necessary, pressure at critical points;
(b)
recording devices to record continuously the results of measurements; and
(c)
an adequate safety system to prevent insufficient heating.
