  "heading": "Amendment of the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981",
  "text": "(1) The Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Part 1 of Schedule 2—\n(a) in paragraph 2—\n(i) in sub-paragraphs (1) and (2) for “cattle”, in each place it occurs, substitute “susceptible animals”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (3) for “head of cattle”, in each place it occurs, substitute “susceptible animal”;\n(iii) after sub-paragraph (3) insert—\n“(4) In this paragraph, “susceptible animal” means animal of the genus Ovis, Capra, Gazella, Bison, Bos or Bubalus, or of the species Syncerus cafer.”;\n(b) in paragraph 8—\n(i) the existing text becomes sub-paragraph (1);\n(ii) in that sub-paragraph for “horse”, in each place it occurs, substitute “susceptible animal”;\n(iii) in that sub-paragraph for “horses” substitute “susceptible animals”;\n(iv) after that sub-paragraph insert—\n“(2) In this paragraph, “susceptible animal” means animal of the family Equidae or Camelidae,or of the genus Capra.”.\n(3) In Part 2 of Schedule 2, in paragraph 8, for “horse”, in each place it occurs, substitute “animal”.",
