# The Specified Diseases (Notification) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2016, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Specified Diseases (Notification) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2016 and comes into force on 2nd March 2016.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
