  "long_title": "This Order amends article 2(1) of the Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Order 1992 (“the 1992 Order”). The amendments add to the list of diseases in the 1992 Order to which section 32 of the Animal Health Act 1981 applies. This has the effect of giving the Scottish Ministers a power to slaughter animals affected with, suspected of being affected with, or exposed to, contagious caprine pleuropneumonia, Ebola virus or surra (Trypanosoma evansi).",
