# The Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2021, Article 2: Amendment of the Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Order 1992


In the list of diseases in article 2(1) (application of section 32 of the Animal Health Act 1981) of the Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Order 1992—
(a) after “Contagious agalactia”, insert “Contagious caprine pleuropneumonia”,
(b) after “Goat pox”, insert “Infection with Ebola virus”,
(c) after “Sheep pox”, insert “Surra (Trypanosoma evansi)”.
