  "heading": "Amendment of the Movement of Animals (Restrictions) Order 1990",
  "text": "The Movement of Animals (Restrictions) Order 1990 shall be amended as follows—\n(a) for paragraph (3) of article 3 there shall be substituted the following—\n“(3) This Order applies to any disease specified in the Specified Diseases (Notification) Order 1991 but does not apply to any other disease the existence of which may be ascertained by a veterinary inspector in pursuance of the provisions of any other Order made under the Act or any Order which has effect as if so made.” ;\n(b) for paragraph (2) of article 7 there shall be substituted the following—\n“(2) Any person who moves any animal , carcase or other thing under the authority of a licence under this Order shall—\n(a) ensure that the licence accompanies the animal, carcase or other thing ; and\n(b) on demand made by an inspector or other officer of the Ministry or by an inspector of the local authority or by a member of a police force, produce the licence, allow a copy or extract to be taken, and give his name and address.”.",
