  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order.)\nThis Order revokes and remakes some of the provisions of the Specified Diseases (Notification and Movement) Restrictions Order (Northern Ireland) 1997.\nThe Order requires certain persons to give notice of the specified diseases to a Divisional Veterinary Officer, an inspector or a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.",
