# The Specified Risk Material (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Title, extent and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Specified Risk Material (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2001; they extend to England only and come into force on 13th August 2001.
