  "text": "ANIMALS, ENGLAND\nANIMAL HEALTH\nMade 4th October 2000\nLaid before Parliament 4th October 2000\nComing into force 25th October 2000\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1, 10(1)(a) and (c) and (2), 11, 29(2)(b), 35(1), 76(3), and 83(2) of and Schedule 2 to the Animal Health Act 1981 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
