# The Specified Risk Material Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2000, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Specified Risk Material Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2000 and come into force on 1st October 2000.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
