# The Specified Risk Material Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Specified Risk Material Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 10th January 2001.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
