# The Specified Risk Material (Amendment) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2000, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Specified Risk Material (Amendment) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2000.
(2) These Regulations apply to Wales only and come into force on 1st January 2001.
