# The Specified Risk Material (Inspection Charges) Regulations 1999, Paragraph 6


The hourly rate for any class of SRM inspector shall include any overtime payments or other similar allowances made to the inspector concerned under his contract of employment or contract for services for carrying out the SRM inspections.
